The Elliot Regional Cancer Center provides a wide array of services including:
- State-of-the-art radiation therapy, including external beam and implant therapy, as well as a linear accelerators.

- Diagnostic radiology services, including CT scanning, MRI, PET imaging and Ultrasonography
- PET/CT - Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is the most advanced cancer imaging test available - combined with CT imaging, PET/CT allows physicians to determine the exact location of a benign or malignant lesion or tumor.
- Mammography services accredited by the American College of Radiology and designed to provide privacy and efficiency using advanced technology.
- Active Cancer Registry coordinating cancer data collection, allowing our healthcare providers to monitor patient outcomes.
- A sophisticated cancer research program with the availability of many cancer research protocols.
- Specialized support services for cancer patients including social services, nutrition, pastoral care, rehabilitation therapy, integrative medicine, and volunteer services.
- An inpatient palliative care unit, ensuring dignified, compassionate care at the end stages of life.
- Visiting nurse and home hospice care.
- Community cancer screenings.
- Collaboration with community agencies and schools to provide educational programs.
