ELLIOT ON-CALL® is a telephone health information and referral service provided to New Hampshire residents and visitors by Elliot Hospital. Staffed by specially trained Registered Nurses and referral specialists, the department serves a diverse customer and patient base with a myriad of services. Many of our nurses have achieved national recognition through certification in Telephone Nursing, and all of our staff keep up-to-date on the latest health care issues.
Our goal is to improve the health of the community through access to Registered Nurses with accurate health information along with improved access to Elliot Hospital programs and services.
ELLIOT ON-CALL provides the following services:
- Registered Nurse triage of symptom based calls
New Hampshire residents and visitors have access to a Registered Nurse who will listen to symptoms and help a caller choose the most appropriate options for care. Callers will get accurate, confidential health information about an illness or injury from the privacy of their home. *Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a free community service *603-663-4567 or 1-800-235-5468 - Physician Referral to primary care physicians and specialists
For those new or planning to move to the area, referral specialists will match individuals or families with a physician that best fits their needs. Elliot Hospital offers a wide range and variety of community health education classes and health screenings. The Registration Line has a complete listing of hospital and community services, as well as class information of date, times and fees. Credit card payments may be made over the telephone for all hospital classes.

Marketed directly to physician practices, Nurse After-Hours provides symptom triage coverage for participating physician offices when they are closed. An extension of physician practices, highly trained call center Registered Nurses provide after hour symptom coverage, patient education and customer service while maintaining high levels of patient and physician satisfaction.
