Electronic Medical Records System
Utilizing our state of the art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System our physicians, Nurse Practioner, and staff have complete patient data (immunizations allergies, test results, etc.) at their fingertips, which enables them to monitor your health needs more closely.
Additional features of our EMR System:
- An EMR allows our physician “on- call” to respond to your after hours calls with current and comprehensive medical information directly from your record thus providing all patients with excellent, all-inclusive care 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- The capability to electronically transmit your prescriptions and refills directly to the pharmacy of your choice.
- Able to receive quick electronic results of x-rays and lab tests done in any Elliot Health System facility.

Elliot Physician Network primary care providers recently opened a “Weekend After-Hours Clinic” on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Briarwood Primary Care (located near Elliot Hospital at 445 Cypress Street, Suite 5 in Manchester), allowing their patients the flexibility of being seen for acute matters over the weekend. A rotating schedule of on-call EPN providers will determine which doctor a patient sees at the clinic. If necessary, the physician on-call will follow up with the patient’s primary care provider. Patients access the clinic by calling their physician’s office. The Nurse or the on-call provider will discuss the patient’s symptoms and make a referral to the After-Hours Clinic.
