Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refill please allow 24 hours. You may call our main office number (537-2100) and ask for our prescription line or dial/ask for extension 300 after your call is answered or anytime during the auto attendant message. Click here to use our Prescription Refill Request Form.
Please call and check with your pharmacy to see if your prescription has been phoned in later that day or the next day. We will only call you if there is a problem with your referral or prescription.
