As you use this facility and our primary care network, you can take an active part in your healthcare through MyEChart. It allows you to sit in the comfort of your home at your personal computer and log on to see your health history, latest lab or screening results, make appointments, fill prescriptions and more. Our electronic medical records and MyEChart are safe, secure and confidential. As a community owned healthcare system, we take our role seriously.
